When your order is shipped, tracking information is provided. After receiving the tracking number, your package will be dispatched within 24 hours.

All purchases are final. In case of any issues caused by Two Hearts Handmade, free item replacement is offered. Refunds are limited to specific situations. Contact us within 24 hours of order delivery to address any concerns.

For best results, wash inside out on a cold cycle and skip the fabric softener to keep your item bright and long-lasting.

Top shelf dishwasher safe. Do not scrub outside of tumbler.
How do I take care of my new glass tumbler?
Hand wash only with mild soap. Do not soak or place in the dishwasher. Handle with care to keep your tumbler looking great.
